In January 2020, Killard acquired Insituform Pacific, a company specialising in the rehabilitation of pipeline infrastructure utilising trenchless technologies.
Together Killard Infrastructure and Insituform Pacific provide turnkey solutions for clients requiring new, rehabilitated and replacement pipeline assets. Killard Infrastructure is a multi-functional civil construction company who have gained an outstanding reputation in the water utility industry. With over twenty years’ experience working with sewer, water and storm water mains, Killard have delivered over 300 successful projects on time and within budget to many satisfied clients throughout NSW and QLD.


Insituform specialises in trenchless and relining technologies and are pioneers of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) technology. Since the first CIPP was installed in 1971, Insituform and its technology provider, Aegion, have been at the centre of products, standards and processes that have been instrumental in establishing the trenchless industry today. Acquired in 2020 by the Killard Group, Insituform Pacific operates around Australia to undertake and manage pipeline condition assessment and rehabilitation projects on behalf of government utilities and industrial clients alike.
