Supporting Infrastructure for Major Industrial Development

The Aspect Industrial Estate in Kemps Creek is one of the first industrial subdivisions delivered under the State Significant Development (SSD) framework. The 55-hectare development will host large-scale industrial facilities, including one of the largest warehouse buildings in the southern hemisphere.

Temporary wastewater infrastructure was required to support early-stage operations and ensure reliable sewer services during development works.
