[Project Background]

Wastewater Infrastructure for a New Urban Community

The Queensland Government announced the Neighbourhood Development Plan Area No.1 (NDP1) in Waraba as the first development precinct within the emerging Caboolture West growth corridor. The development will ultimately support a new urban community with housing, schools, parks, and commercial facilities.

To support this growth, new wastewater infrastructure was required to service the initial development area and form part of the broader network that will ultimately support approximately 30,000 homes across the Waraba region.
