The recycled water network forms the backbone of the Goulburn Reuse Scheme, connecting the upgraded wastewater treatment plant with irrigation networks across the township.

The project enables treated wastewater to be safely reused for irrigation of parks and green spaces, supporting sustainable water management while reducing reliance on potable water supplies.
