Scope Of Works
Killard were contracted by Confluence Water (Sydney Water Delivery Partner) for the following items of the full Scope of Works:

- Site setup, clearing and earthworks
- Construction of OD630 PE bypass lines
- Construction of associated pipe work; DN200 Gravity Sewer Line, Dual OD630 PE Rising Main
- Installation and fixing of dropper pipe to existing inlet manhole to facilitate bypass.
- Connection to existing Sydney Water Infrastructure
- Installation of a portion of the mechanical pipework for the new pump station
Outcome / Key Features
The project involved multi-disciplined aspects including earthworks, civil works, watermain and sewer main pipeworks, FRP works and mechanical works, with Killard’s Project Team encountering many challenges throughout the delivery. Due to the location of the site at the confluence of three water ways, there were extreme accessibility and environmental challenges, which required bespoke construction solutions to achieve the desired design and stakeholder outcomes. As Killard was involved in the early works package, many of the designs were still being finalised, meaning the Killard team were heavily involved in reviewing and providing expert advice to ensure design feasibility.
