Australian Best Choice Pty Ltd decided to develop land to build 54 lot subdivisions at 354-368 Old Northern Road in Castle Hill.

Scope Of Works

Killard were contracted directly from the developer to deliver all the civil and infrastructure works related to the subdivision. The scope of works included:

- Supply of traffic management signage and controls
- Clearing and grubbing
- Set up storage compounds and lay-down areas
- Bulk excavation, Transport, Leveling and Compaction of the 54 lots in accordance with Council Specifications
- Supply and Installation of storm water, water, sewer, electrical, communications and gas utilities
- Construction of road one, road two and streetlights in accordance with Council Specifications
- Construction of kerb, gutter and concrete footpaths
- Construction of retaining wall in accordance with RTA and Council Specifications
  Survey works
- Soil and Water Management
- Community Relations Management.

Outcome / Key Features

Killard’s Project Team successfully coordinated the communication between The Hills Shire Council, the designers, RTA and all asset owners allowing the timely delivery of the 54 lot subdivisions
